Promotions, retirements, new hires – there have been so many changes these past few years. These changes have affected adult training organizations, as well as our partners. We anticipate these changes will continue over the next 5-10 years.

To help us prepare, Literacy Ontario Central South (LOCS) and Simcoe Muskoka Skillforce developed two hiring guides for the field.
